About Me


I'm based in Christchurch, New Zealand and photography is a hobby of mine that I'm really into. I have a very enjoyable day job so any income I make from my photography just goes back into more equipment, or occasionally travel to non local events.

My photographic focus is definitely sports, and the more extreme the better. I enjoy shooting DH MTB probably most of all, with a recent wakeboarding event also being very high on the fun scale. Motorsport - especially rallying - is also a lot of fun.

Ultimate Frisbee however holds a special place for me and I have played a lot in the past, although I haven't managed to get on the field for a couple of years due to laziness and a dodgy knee. I have travelled to 2 World Club champs - one in Perth (Australia) as a player/photographer and most recently in Vancouver (Canada) as an official photographer. There's a pretty good chance I'll be in Prague in 2010 as well!

You won't find any shots of me on the site as I vastly prefer being behind the camera instead of in front of it.
